• Availability of specific songs or equipment

Event success depends on many factors beyond our control (venue, guests, weather, timing, other vendors).

We are NOT liable for:

• Venue issues (power, access, safety, rules, quality)

• Guest behavior or misconduct

• Other vendors' services or quality

• Equipment malfunctions due to venue conditions or environmental factors

• Music licensing restrictions for certain songs

• Injuries or damages (except from our direct negligence)

3. PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT

Our staff uses professional judgment to select appropriate music, adjust entertainment style, and handle situations in real-time. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to disruptive individuals

• Pause or end events if safety is compromised

• Decline inappropriate song requests

• Make real-time decisions about content and volume

4. EQUIPMENT & TECHNICAL ISSUES

We maintain professional equipment and bring backups, but cannot guarantee zero technical difficulties. Equipment can be affected by venue electrical issues, extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental factors.

5. MUSIC & CONTENT

• We maintain proper licensing (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC)

• Cannot guarantee every song request will be available

• We select age-appropriate content but music contains third-party lyrics/themes that may not suit all preferences

• You're responsible for communicating content restrictions in advance

6. PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Photos/videos from your event may be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing beforehand. We're entertainers, not photographers - don't expect professional photography quality.
